This Florida Ogeechee Tupelo Honey is an American classic prized for its delicate sweetness and pale amber color. It tastes of gulf coast breezes with a light mineral finish. Tiny white tupelo blossoms give this honey its famous flavor and smooth mouth-feel.

Tupelo trees live in damp areas near rivers and swamplands, including the Florida Apalachicola River Basin, where this honey is harvested. Tupelo honey has an extremely high fructose content and low glucose, which may help it crystallize slower than other honey types.
