While all Björn’s Colorado Honey is raw to American standards, our Untouched Honey is raw to our standards. Extracted without any filtering, this honey includes small bits of pollen, beeswax, and occasionally propolis in each jar. Local pollens, when eaten in small amounts, can help prepare the body for allergy season. This honey is never pasteurized, heated, or filtered and nothing is ever added or extracted. It’s what we call Untouched Honey. We let our Untouched Honey flow freely from the beehives to your jar. It will crystallize fast and can be crystallized when you buy it.

Our Colorado Honeycomb is honey fresh from the hive in its perfectly natural form. The hexagonal wax cells are built by honey bees in their hive to contain their stores of honey and pollen. Our comb contains pure, fresh Colorado wildflower honey. Honeycomb is a rare novelty treat and is great eaten by the spoonful. It also makes a stunning accompaniment to cheese plates or as a spread on fresh, warm bread. When you eat honeycomb, simply chew the wax. It can be swallowed.
